Earl Tomlinson
is the founder, owner and President of Tomlinson Global Services, LLC. He has over 30 years of government security and intelligence
experience and 15 years in the private sector. He has held senior government positions, managed major offices for private
firms such as Kroll Associates, Citigate Global Intelligence and TSR Global Inc. Mr. Tomlinson offices in Texas but manages
operations around the globe. He has directed complex investigations into major disasters, financial fraud, asset searches
and international arbitration disputes.

Jim Brim joined Tomlinson Global
Services LLC in the summer of 2007 as a Senior Consultant. Jim has operating experience as a senior business
executive and experience in conducting due diligence and fact finding in industries such as oil and gas, real estate, agriculture
and agricultural product distribution and safety. He is familiar with all aspects of upstream oil and gas
production. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He is responsible for training
programs, select due diligence projects and development of Homeland Security Infrastructure Protection projects particularly
in the oil and gas, real estate and agriculture sectors.
